[摘要] 目的:探讨未分化型鼻咽癌组织基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移及预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学检测46例鼻咽未分化癌病例标本MMP-9表达情况。结果:淋巴结转移组MMP-9的阳性率为82.4%(28/34),无淋巴结转移组MMP-9的阳性率为41.7%(5/12)。统计分析表明MMP-9的表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.01)。MMP-9高表达患者的生存时间低于MMP-9低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论:检测未分化型鼻咽癌的MMP-9的表达可能有助于鼻咽癌的辅助诊断和预后判断。

    Relationship Between the Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 and Lymph Node Metastasis and Prognosis in Undifferentiated Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

    Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and lymph node metastasis and prognosis in undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The expression of MMP-9 in 46 cases with undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma was detected with immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rate of MMP-9 expression with lymph node metastasis was 82.4%(28/34),and that without lymph node metastasis was 41.7(5/12).Statistical analysis demonstrated that the expression of MMP-9 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis(p<0.01).Survival time in patients with high expression of MMP-9 was less than that in patients with low expression of MMP-9.Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 may be used for complementary diagnosis and prognosis prediction. ......
