     摘要：目的研究不同浓度硒酵母对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法体外培养宫颈癌细胞，经不同浓度的硒酵母处理，MTT法测定硒酵母对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。小鼠体内接种腹水型肝癌细胞 H22，观察硒酵母体内抗肿瘤作用。测量小鼠体重变化，CD4+，CD8+含量，白蛋白、总蛋白含量。结果含硒5 μg/ml的硒酵母即能显著抑制荷癌小鼠腹水生成，提高 CD4+，CD8+比值，升高血清白蛋白及总蛋白含量(P<0.01)。结论硒酵母具有良好的抗肿瘤作用，其作用优于同剂量的亚硒酸钠。
