开口箭与筒鞘蛇菰提取物醒酒作用的实验研究

     摘要：目的探讨开口箭、筒鞘蛇菰提取物的醒酒作用。方法采用行为学指标，探讨酒精对小鼠的致醉量及开口箭、筒鞘蛇菰提取物对急性酒精中毒小鼠的翻正反射和自发活动的影响。结果39度白酒对小鼠的致醉量为0.34 ml·(20 g)-1；小鼠给酒致醉后，开口箭、筒鞘蛇菰提取物对其翻正反射维持时间的影响明显，与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。自发活动实验显示，开口箭、筒鞘蛇菰醇提取物的醒酒效果均比水提取物的效果要好。结论开口箭、筒鞘蛇菰提取物具有醒酒作用，值得进一步研究。

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effects of the extracts of Tupistra chinensis Bak. and Balanophora involucrata HK.f. against alcoholism. MethodsThe reflection of turning over and free running of rats acutely poisoned with alcohol were observed when they were administered with the extracts of Tupistra chinensis Bak. and Balanophora involucrata HK.f.. ResultsThe extracts of Tupistra chinensis Bak. and Balanophora involucrata HK.f. significantly improved the free running and reflection of drunken rats towards turning over in comparison with the model group (P<0.05). Furthermore, the alcoholic extracts of Tupistra chinensis Bak. and Balanophora involucrata HK.f. showed stronger effects on the free running of drunken rats than that of their aqueous extracts. ConclusionThe extracts of Tupistra chinensis Bak. and Balanophora involucrata HK.f. showed significant inhibitory actions against alcoholism. ......
