高效液相色谱法测定21味寒水石散中没食子酸的含量

     摘要:目的建立21味寒水石散中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定21味寒水石散中没食子酸的含量,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇水(5∶95)为流动相,检测波长为274 nm。结果线性范围0.020 6~0.247 2 μg,平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=1.3% (n=9)。结论该方法简便、准确,提供了21味寒水石散中没食子酸的质量控制方法。

    Determination of Gallic Acid in 21component Hanshuishi Powder by HPLC

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a quantitative method to determine the content of gallic acid in 21component Hanshuishi Powder. MethodsThe content of gallic acid in 21component Hanshuishi powder was determined by HPLC. The separation was performed on Kromasil C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-water (5∶95) and detected at wavelength of 274 nm.ResultsThe linearity of the method was good at range of 0.020 6~0.247 2 μg and the average recovery of gallic acid was 99.1%,RSD was 1.3%.ConclusionThe method is convenient, accurate, and can be used for the determination of gallic acid in 21component Hanshuishi Powder. ......
