【摘要】 目的 通过调查找出离退休干部失眠者的年龄及职务级别分布状况，进而探讨更具针对性的解决方法。方法 对359名离退休干部进行问卷与当面直接询问相结合的方式进行。 结果 失眠罹患率占受调查人数的60.72%。结论 离退休干部发生失眠的原因有一定的特殊性，要提高睡眠质量，不能单纯依赖药物，应尽量采取具有针对性的措施。
