首发儿童精神分裂症60名陪护心理健康状况分析与心理干预

【摘要】 目的 探讨首发儿童精神分裂症患者陪护的心理健康状况及干预效果。 方法 将60名陪护随机分为干预组与非干预组各30名。干预组给予健康教育和心理干预。对两组陪护在患者入院当天及1mo末采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表及自编一般项目调查表进行评定并与国内常模进行比较。 结果 两组陪护抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均显著高于国内常模(P<0.01);干预组实施健康教育及支持性心理干预1mo末抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均较非干预组下降显著,差异有显著性(t=3.06,3.21,P<0.05)。 结论 首发儿童精神分裂症患者亲属焦虑、抑郁症状突出,心理干预是有效和必要的。【关键词】 儿童精神分裂症;陪护;焦虑;抑郁;心理干预
Analyses on mental health status and psychointervention of accompanying relatives of firstepisode childhood schizophrenics

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the mental health status and psycho intervention of the accompanying relatives of the inpatients with firstepisode child schizophrenia. Methods 60 accompanying relatives were randomly divided into intervention group and nonintervention group(each group 30 cases), intervention group was given health education and psychointervention. 60 ones were assessed with selfrating depression scale(SDS), selfrating anxiety scale(SAS) and selfmade general data questionnaire at the admission day and the end of 1 month. The results were compared with the norm. Results The scores of both SDS and SAS in the 60 relatives were obviously higher than national norm (P<0.01);which in the intervention group at the end of 1 month of health education and supportive mental decreased obviously compared with the nonintervention group, there was significantly difference between them(t=3.06 ......
