【摘要】 目的 探讨酒精所致精神障碍的临床特征。方法 对酒精所致精神障碍患者的症状特征、好发人群等临床资料进行分析。结果 患者多为男性，年龄高发段为31～50岁；文化程度低、体力劳动者发病率高；精神障碍以幻觉妄想、震颤谵妄多见，以肝损害、脑损害、心脏损害多见；治疗显效易复发。结论 酒精所致精神障碍发病率高，后果严重，应高度关注。
