膝关节周围复杂骨折LISS钢板内固定初步研究

     [摘要] 目的 通过报告AO微创内固定系统(LISS)治疗膝关节周围复杂骨折的临床效果,探讨LISS对该类骨折复位及愈合的影响。方法 2004年5月~2006年4月通过对68例膝关节周围复杂骨折患者(其中胫骨平台复杂骨折38例,股骨远端骨折30例;骨折按AO分型:A型14例,B型26例,C型28例)进行小切口、复位、LISS钢板内固定术,于术后4周、8周、12周随访观察患肢功能恢复情况,于术后4周、8周、12周、6个月、1年摄X线片显示骨痂生成和骨折愈合情况。结果 所有病例4周均有不同程度的骨痂生成,骨痂生成量增多、骨折对位及力线均可,患肢功能恢复满意。结论 LISS钢板具备角度稳定性,具有手术切口小、骨折固定可靠、无需外固定、骨痂生成快、骨性愈合快、可早期活动、关节功能恢复满意等优点,是治疗膝关节周围复杂骨折安全、有效的方法。

    Clinical analysis of less invasive stabilization system in treatment of complicated fractures of knee joint

    [Abstract] Objective The study is to evaluate the efficacy of less invasive stabilization system (LISS) for complicated fractures of knee joint,and to discuss the influence of LISS for complicated fractures of knee joint.Methods 68 cases of complicated fractures of knee joint were included in this study.According to AO classification,there were 14 cases of A and 26 cases of B and 28 cases of C.All the patients were followed up 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks,6 months and 1 years postoperatively.Callus and bony union were recorded by X-ray.Results Callus growth in all patients at 4 weeks postoperatively,and functions were recovered satisfactorily.Conclusion Less invasive stabilization system has angel stability,and is a safe and effective for complicated fractures of knee joint and less soft tissue complications. ......
