骨刺胶囊的质量标准研究

     摘要：目的制定骨刺胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层谱法鉴别骨碎补、白芍、独活、川芎，高效液相色谱法测定芍药中所含芍药苷的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰，重现性好，阴性对照无干扰，含量测定平均回收率98.5%，RSD为1.93%。结论方法简便，准确，可供骨刺胶囊质量控制。

    Study on Quality Control of GuCi Capsules

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the quality control standard for GuCi Capsule.MethodsRhizoma Drynariae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong were identified by TLC,and the content of paeoniforin was determined by HPLC.ResultsThe TLC spots developed were fairly clear. There is no disturbance in the blank sample,the HPLC method showed good repeatability,and the average recovery of Paeoniflorin was 98.5% and RSD was 1.93%.ConclusionThe method is simple,accurate and can effectively control quality of GuCi Capsule.
