薄层扫描法测定咳安含片中西贝碱的含量

摘要：目的研究咳安含片中西贝碱的含量测定。方法采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果西贝碱在0.26~1.60 μg之间线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.999 8,回收率为95.60%,RSD为1.60%。结论 该法灵敏、简便、准确，可用于该制剂的测定和质量控制指标。关键词：咳安含片； 西贝碱； 薄层扫描法
TLC Scanning for the Determination of Imperialine in Kean Buccal Tablets

Abstract：ObjectiveTo develop an assay for the quantitative determination of imperialine in Kean buccal Tablets. MethodsTLCS method was selected to determine the content.ResultsThe linearity was obtained over the range of 0.26~1.60 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 95.60%, RSD was 1.60%.ConclusionThe results showed that this method was sensitive,simple,sepecific and accurate for the determination of imperialine in Kean buccal tablets.
