【摘要】 目的 探讨自体血液回输在心内直视手术中应用的效果。方法 应用自体—2000型血液回收机，对30例心内直视手术患者进行术中血液回输，并进行术后动态观察。结果 30例患者平均每例回收原血1528ml，经血液回收机处理后获得浓缩血743ml，均回输给患者，所有患者术后恢复顺利，未发现输自体血而产生的并发症。结论 术中自体血液回输能明显减少自体血液的丢失和减少异体血的应用，是一项安全有效的血液保护措施。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of intraoperative autologous blood transfusion in open heart surgery. Methods Intraoperative autologous blood transfusion was performed in 30 patients open heart surgery using ZITI—2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System and we observed to change postoperative.Results Mean 1528 ml blood was collected from each patient during operation and got 743 ml concentrated blood cells after processed by ZITI—2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System in 30 cases. These blood cells were reinfused into the patients during and after operation. All patients passed a safe period after surgery.Conclusion Intraoperative autologous blood transfusion is a safe and effective method to decrease of blood loss during operation and complications of homologous blood transfusion. ......
