【摘要】 膀胱癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其发生和发展与环境因素、遗传因素及其交互作用等密切相关。本文综述了Ⅰ、Ⅱ相代谢酶基因和DNA修复基因多态性与膀胱癌易感性的关系，重点讨论了CYP1A1、CYP1A2、CYP2C19、CYP2D6、CYP2E1、NAT1、NAT2、GSTM1和XRCC1基因多态性与膀胱癌的相关性。

    Progression on the relationship between genetic polymorphisms and bladder cancer susceptibility

    【Abstract】 Bladder cancer is one of the most common urological malignant tumors.Recent studies re-veal that the development and progression of bladder cancer are related to environmental factors，genetic polymorphisms and the interaction of gene-environment.In this article，the polymorphisms of phaseⅠ，Ⅱmetabolism and DNA repair genes are reviewed.The article empharizes on the relationship between bladder cancer and some susceptible genes，such as CYP1A1，CYP1A2，CYP2C19，CYP2D6，CYP2E1，NAT1，NAT2，GSTM1，XRCC1and so on.
