摘要：目的：探讨无痛技术在食管异物取出术中应用的效果。方法：应用前瞻性随机分组方法将120例患者随机分为两组：Ⅰ组为丙泊酚组，Ⅱ组为对照组，进行临床分析。结果：应用无痛技术组(Ⅰ组)，麻醉效果明显优于对照组(Ⅱ组)。结论：无痛技术在食管异物取出术中的应用，能减轻患者的痛苦，提高手术的成功率和质量。

    Application of Painless Technique in Extraction with Esophago Foreignbody

    Abstract: Objective:To evaluate effects of the painless technique on septal operation with endoscope.Method:A prospective study of 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups;The group Ⅰ propofol group,The group Ⅱ as control group.Result:The effect of anesthesia was better in the painless technique group than that in control group.Conclusion:It can release greatly the pain and improve the success of operation in operating patients that the painless technique is applied to extaction with esophago foreignbody.
