并发性小瞳孔白内障人工晶体植入术探讨

【摘要】 目的 探讨内源性及外源性葡萄膜炎导致的粘连性小瞳孔白内障更有效的手术治疗措施。方法 对26例(26眼)葡萄膜炎并发的小瞳孔白内障患者，行巩膜隧道小切口囊外摘除，植入后房型人工晶体。结果 术后视力均有提高，裸眼视力>0.8者5眼，占19.23%；>0.5者9眼，占34.62%；>0.25者12眼，占46.15%。瞳孔均圆或椭圆，术后葡萄膜炎复发4眼，2眼术后明显瞳孔区渗出，并形成纤维膜。结论 小瞳孔白内障行巩膜隧道小切口囊外摘除人工晶体植入，只要方法得当，有选择性手术，术后反应轻，视力恢复好。【关键词】 超声乳化；白内障；葡萄膜炎；人工晶体
Cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation through small pupil

【Abstract】 Objective To Investigate the surgical procedure of cataract with snall pupil resulted from uveitis.Methods Extracapsule cataract extractions (ECCE) with small incisiomn of scleral tunnel were performed on 26 cases (26 eyes) of cataract complicated by uveitis with small pupils.Results Postoperative vision had increased in different degrees. In 5 eyes (19.23%),the naked vision was more than 0.8,9 eyes>0.5(34.6%),12 eyes>0.25 (46.2%).All pupils were postoperatively round or ellipse.Recurrence of uveitis after operation was seen in 4 eyes.There was postoperatively significanf exudation in pupillary in eyes.Conclusion Cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation through small pupil with small incision of scleral tunnel can get satisfied visions with slight postoperaive inflammation reactions as long as you select the right indications and operate properly. ......
