【摘要】 目的 了解心理干预对脑卒中后抑郁( PSD )的情绪及生活质量的影响。方法 对108例PSD患者随机分成两组各54例，观察组进行1个月的心理干预，对照组常规治疗1患者个月后分别复查抑郁自评量表( SDS )及日常生活活动( ADL )能力量表。结果 观察组患者在心理干预前后的 SDS 及 ADL 量表差异有显著性。结论 心理干预对 PSD 有明显改善作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of psychiatric treatment to the quality of the patients with post stroke depression ( PSD ).Methods 108patents with PSD were divided into two groups with 54patents in each group The patients in therapy group were treated by psychiatry theray for 1month self depression scale ( SDS ) and ability life ( ADL ) were tested before and afrer treatment.Results SDS and ADL of patients in therapy group were improved significantly.Conclusion Psychiatric therapy can improve PSD.
