褶合光谱法测定复方盐酸异丙嗪糖浆中盐酸异丙嗪含量

     摘要目的：建立复方盐酸异丙嗪糖浆的含量测定方法。方法：褶合光谱法。结果：方法的线性范围为3.40~4.20μg/mL，线性回归方程为Qj=0.05338c+0.01332，r=0.9997，平均回收率为100.0%，RSD为0.20%。t检验结果证明，该方法与吸光系数法之间差异无显著性。结论：该方法简便、快捷，用于实际样品分析和药品质量控制，结果准确、可靠。

    Determination of the compound promethazine hydrochloride syrup by convolution spectrum method

    Abstract Objective: To establish a method of quantitative analysis of compound promethazine hydrochloride syrup. Methods: Convolution spectrometry was applied. Results: The linear range of this method was 3.40~4.20μg/mL,the regression equation was Qj=0.05338c+0.01332,r=0.9997,the average recoverg was 100.0%,the RSD was 0.20%.It was proved by ttest that there was no remarkable difference between this method and the absorption coefficient method.Conclusion: This method is simple,convenient and rapid. ......
