摘 要 目的:优化果糖1,6二磷酸二镁的结晶工艺,并对产物结构进行分析。方法:采用醇析和盐析相结合的结晶体系即酒精-乙酸镁体系使果糖1,6二磷酸二镁结晶,通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、13C谱及E.COSY型13C-1H相关谱等对产品结构进行分析。结果:最佳结晶工艺条件为:20 ℃、pH6.0、φ(乙醇)=70%;确定了产品的结构;结晶收率和产品的纯度分别为900%及98.5%以上。结论:该结晶方法简单可行。关键词 果糖1,6二磷酸二镁;酒精-乙酸镁体系;结晶;结构分析
Crystallization and characterization of dimagnesium fructose-1,6-diphosphate

Abstract Objective:To optimize the crystallization technique of dimagnesium fructose-1,6-diphosphate(FDP-Mg.)and to analyze its structure. Methods: FDP-Mg was crystallized with ethanol precipitation combined with salt precipitation,i.e. ethanol-magnesium acetate. The product was characterized by means of elemental analysis,IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and E.COSY-type13C-1H correlation spectrum . Results:The optimal crystallizing condition was 20 ℃,pH6.0,with ethanol concentration of 70%,the structure of the product was confirmed and the yield and purity of the product were more than 90.0% and 98.5%,respectively.
