人参皂甙抗皮肤衰老作用实验研究

     摘 要 目的:观察人参皂甙内服抗皮肤衰老作用。方法 :昆明种小鼠每日颈背部皮下注注射D-半乳糖(1000 mg/kg)造成小鼠衰老模型,同时灌胃人参皂甙100 、50 mg/(kg·d), 42 d后,测定小鼠背部皮肤组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)及皮肤羟脯氨酸含量,并测定全血中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( GSH-Px)活性。 结果:人参皂甙(100 mg/kg·d-1)使D-半乳糖所致的衰老模型小鼠皮肤中SOD活力、羟脯氨酸含量明显升高,MDA含量显著降低,血中CAT、 GSH-Px活力显著升高,差异均有显著性,而人参皂甙(50 mg/kg·d-1)组则上述作用不明显。 结论:人参皂甙(100 mg/kg·d-1) 灌胃对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠皮肤有明显的抗衰老作用。

    Experimental study on antiaging effect of Ginsenosides on skin of the aging model mice induced by Dgalactose

    Abstract Objectives: To investigate the antiaging effect of Ginsenosides on skin. Methods: The aging mice model were established by subcutaneous administration with a dose of Dgalactose(1000 mg/kg·d-1) to female mice for 6 weeks. In the mean time,the mice received Ginsenosides(100 mg/kg·d-1 or 50 mg/kg·d-1) by intragastric administration. After 42 days, the SOD activity, the MDA and hydroxyproline contents in skin and the CAT and GSHPx activities in whole blood were determined. Results: The results showed that with the dosage of 100 mg/kg·d-1Ginsenosides could significantly increase the SOD activity in skin and the CAT and GSHPx activities in whole blood,decrease the content of MDA in skin and increase the gydroxyproline content of dermal tissue in model mice. Conclusions: Ginsenosides(100 mg/kg·d-1) has obvious antiaging effects on aging mice's skin. ......
