【摘要】 目的 评估骨肽注射液(古欣肽)治疗四肢骨干骨折的临床效果。方法 对25例四肢骨干骨折术后应用骨肽注射液治疗，并设立空白对照组，术后观察骨折愈合效果。结果 骨肽注射液使四肢骨干骨折的愈合时间缩短，分别为肱骨干，缩短2.5周；股骨干，缩短2.2周；胫骨干，缩短2.9周，统计学分析差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 骨肽注射液能够显著促进术后四肢骨干骨折的愈合。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of extremities shaft fractures with ossotide injection.Methods Twenty-five patients with long shaft fracture and extremities fractures were treated by ossotide injection after operation.Results Ossotide injection took the long shaft fracture of extremities fracture healing time 2.5weeks ahead of schedule in humeral fracture ,2.2 week in femoral fractures,2.9 weeks in tibia fractures.Conclusion It is an effective method to treat the shaft fractures after operation with ossotide injection.
