糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白和Lp(a)水平关系研究

     摘 要:目的:探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病血糖控制欠佳时,糖化血红蛋白(GHb)与Lp(a)浓度的关系。方法:采用免疫浊度法对20例GHb(HbA1c)高于正常的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者和20例正常对照组的血浆Lp(a)进行测定。结果:GHb升高组和正常对照组的Lp(a)分布均呈偏态;GHb升高组Lp(a)显著高于对照组(p<0.01);根据HbA1c水平,将GHb升高组分成三组,三组间Lp(a)的水平差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);相关分析发现Lp(a)与HbA1c无相关性(p>0.05)。结论:Ⅱ型糖尿病GHb的升高对Lp(a)水平无影响。

    The Research of Relationship between Glycosylated Hemodlobin and Lipoprotein(a) Levels in Diabetic Patients

    Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship between glycosylated hemodlobin (GHb) and lipoprotein(a) concentrations of poorly glycemic control in type 2 diabetic patients. Method: The plasma Lp(a) was analysed in highly GHb(HbA1c) levels in type 2 diabetic patients and 20 control subjects. Result: The distribution of plasma Lp(a) was skewed in highly glycated hemoglobin group and control subjects. The plasma Lp(a) levels in highly glycated hemoglobin group were significantly higher than those in control subjects (p<0.01). Type 2 diabetic patients were divided into three groups based on GHb(HbA1c) levels. There were no significant differences in Lp(a) levels among three groups of diabetic patients(p>0.05). Lp(a) levels were not correlated to HbA1c(p>0.05). Conclusion: Lp(a) levels were not influence in GHb rise in type 2 diabetic patients. ......
