     摘要：目的通过预防性用药，观察大鼠在寒冷条件下直肠温度的变化，为寒区人员预防冻伤提供有效的药物及给药途径。方法制备大鼠冻伤模型；24只Wistar大鼠分为3组：对照组，实验1组为抗寒霜Ⅰ号组，实验2组为抗寒霜Ⅱ号组；连续监测3组大鼠冻伤后直肠温度的变化。结果实验1组中直肠温度在轻度低温的大鼠数量与其他两组比较有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。结论抗寒霜Ⅰ号具有明显的预防冻伤的效果，可作为抗冻伤药物加以应用。

    Effect of anticold cream on the rectum temperature of rats

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the changes of rectum temperature in rats under a cold condition after preventive administration, provide the people in cold area with effective anticold medicine and approaches of medication.MethodsThe coldinjury models of rats were prepared. The experiment included three groups, in which the coldinjury models was the control one, No.1 anticold cream was test group 1and No.2 anticold was test group 2. The changes of the rectum temperature in rats were monitored continuously in three groups. ResultsThere was significant difference between the number of rats with light low temperature in test group 1 and those of the other two test groups (p<0.01).ConclusionThe preventive effect of No.1 anticold cream is much better than No.2. ......
