季节性联合呼吸道过敏患者血清特异性IgE和粘附分子分析

     【摘要】 目的 探讨季节性联合呼吸道过敏性患者的发病原因。方法 对52例既患过敏性鼻炎,又患支气管哮喘患者采用荧光酶联免疫法(FEIA)定量检测血清总IgE和特异性IgE;用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)定量分析血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)和E-选择素(sE-Selectin)。结果 患者组的血清总IgE显著高于正常对照组;在52例季节性联合呼吸道过敏患者中可检测到过敏原的特异性IgE的为蒿花粉43例(82.7%)、屋尘螨26例(50%)、屋尘15例(28.8%)、草花粉12例(23%)、粉尘螨3例(5.8%);试验组的sICAM-1算术均数(378.61 ng/ml)较对照组(213.42 ng/ml)明显增高(P<0.0001);试验组的sE-Selectin(62.61 ng/ml)高于对照组(35.72 ng/ml),P<0.0001。结论 引起这52例季节性呼吸道过敏性炎症的主要因素为蒿花粉,其次是屋尘螨,季节性联合呼吸道过敏性患者高表达的细胞间粘附分子-1和E-选择素。

    Analysis of specific IgE and adhesion molecular in serum with united seasonal airways hyperreactivity

    【Abstract】 Objective To study pathogenesis of united seasonal airways hyperreactivity.Methods We investigated the relationship between specific IgE and soluble cellular adhesion molecular in 52 patients and 20 health persons. The sera total IgE(tIgE) and specific IgE (sIgE) were measured by a fluoroenzymeimmunoassay (Uni-CAP Pharmacia, Uppsala, Sweden). The sera soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and E-selectin were performed with ELISA.Results There were 43 patients (82.7%) suffered from artemisia pollen, 26 (50%) from house dust mite, 15(28.8%) from house dust, 12(23%) from humulus pollen and 3(5.8%) from dermatophagoides farinae in 52 patients.
