【摘要】 目的 提高胰腺内分泌肿瘤CT诊断和鉴别诊断水平。方法 采用电子束CT或双层螺旋CT对31例胰腺内分泌肿瘤和其他类似病变进行动静脉双期扫描或动态扫描。回顾性分析病变的CT表现，并将21例胰岛细胞瘤与其他类似表现的病变进行鉴别。结果 胰腺内分泌肿瘤表现为边界清晰的动脉期强化明显的病变。无功能胰岛细胞瘤表现为较大的不规则强化的肿块，边界清楚，病变内可见钙化、囊变和出血。结论 诊断胰腺内分泌肿瘤应注重胰腺的检查方法，对于胰腺血管性病变应考虑到胰腺内分泌肿瘤的可能。

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve the ability in differentiating pancreatic endocrine tumors and other similar lesions with CT.Methods The arterial and venous dual-phase scans or dynamic scans were performed with electronic beam computed tomography (CT) and helical CT.Thirty-one cases of pancreatic endocrine tumors and other similar lesions were evaluated respectively.Twenty-one cases of islet cell tumor were differentiated with other similar lesions.Results The characters of pancreatic endocrine tumors were well-edged enhanced lesions after contrast in arterial phase.The non-functional islet cell tumors were usually larger and showed nonuniform enhancement with a well-defined margine,occasional calcifications,cyst and hemorrhage.Conclusion The CT thechnology were emphasized in diagnosing pancreatic endocrine tumors.The pancreatic hypervascular lesions should be differentiated with endocrine tumors. ......
