     【摘要】 目的 明确大连医科大学急诊重症监护病房(EICU)临床分离病原菌的流行病学及细菌耐药情况。方法 对我院EICU 2002年1月~2004年12月1199株病原菌及其耐药性进行回顾性分析。结果 感染优势菌为铜绿假单胞菌19%,白色念珠菌15%,肺炎克雷伯菌11%,凝固酶阴性菌10%。革兰阳性菌比例由11%上升至27%,革兰阴性菌由67%下降至60%。结论 抗菌药物的不恰当使用直接造成病原菌构成变化及耐药性增加。依据病原学及抗菌药物耐药性资料合理选择抗菌药物非常重要。

    Variation of clinical bacterial isolates and antibiotic resistance in EICU

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change in drug resistance and the distribution of clinical isolates from the emergency intensive care unit (EICU) in the first affiliated hospital of Dalian Medical University.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the 1199 strains from clinical samples in the EICU of our hospital from the year 2002 to 2004.Results The dominant pathogens were pseudomonas aeruginosa(19%),Candida albicans(15%),klebsiella pneumoniae (11%) and coagulase-negative staphylococcus(10%).The ratio Gram-positive bacteria went up from 11% to 27% and Gram-negative bacteria down from 67% to 60%.Conclusion The improper use of antibiotics directly causes the variation of the distribution of clinical isolates and the increase of drug resistance.It is very important to select antibiotics correctly according to the results of susceptibility tests. ......
