【摘要】 目的 探讨急腹症患者合并糖尿病患者围手术期的治疗。 方法 术前急查血糖、尿糖。结果 急腹症病人大多伴有血糖、尿糖增高。结论 及时合理控制血糖、尿糖对急腹症患者合并糖尿病安全度过围手术期是十分必要的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To treat the patients of acute abdomen were examined with diabetes after finding the disease.Methods The measure blood and urine sugar level， before operation. Results Most of the patients of acute abdomen are followed by the increasing of blood and urine sugar level.Conclusion It is deep necessary to control blood and urine sugar level reasonable in time for the patients of acute abdomen with diabetes to pass through the period of operation safely.
