【摘要】 目的 分析颈前路减压钢板内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 对97例脊髓型颈椎病患者行颈椎前路减压植骨钢板内固定术，并对临床结果进行Odom′s法疗效评定及影像学分析。结果 97例中获随访88例，临床优良率86%，植骨融合率为97.7%(86/88)，其中单节段椎间隙融合率为100%(15/15)，多节段椎间融合率为97.3%(71/73)。结论 颈前路钢板内固定对于脊髓型颈椎病的治疗是有益的，提高了植骨融合率，临床疗效满意。

    Anterior decompression and interbody fusion with plate fixation for cervical spondylosis myelopathy

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical and radiological outcomes of anterior decompression and interbody fusion with an additional plate fixation for cervical spondylosis rnyelopathy.Methods Ninety-Seven patients with cervical spondylosis myelopathy treated by cervical anterior decompression, interbody fusion, and plating were analysed retrospectively. The outcomes was assessed by clinical criteria and radiographs of the cervical spine.Results Eighty-eight patients were followed up for twelve months in average. The rate of excellent and good results was 86%, The overall fusion rate was 97.7%. A solid fusion was obtained in all cases with a single-level fusion and in 97.3% of the cases with a multilevel fusion.Conclusion This study demonstrated that plate fixation can reduce the rate of nonunion and increase the rate of fusion in patients undergoing interbody fusion for cervical spondylosis.
