    醒脑开窍针法治疗脑卒中患者行为记忆能力的临床研究

    【摘要】 目的 探讨针灸疗法对脑卒中患者行为记忆能力的治疗效果。方法 随机将45例脑卒中患者分为对照组23例和醒脑开窍针法治疗组22例，分别测试治疗后两组患者血中单胺类神经递质的含量；用Rivermead行为记忆检查(RBMT)对两组患者治疗后进行测评。结果 针刺组患者的血中相关单胺类神经递质含量明显提高(P<0.05)；RBMT总分等8个分项上，针刺治疗组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论 脑卒中患者的行为记忆能力受到损害，醒脑开窃针法可通过改善疾病相关因素提高治疗效果。

    Study on clinical therapeutic effect on behavioral memory deficit and regaining consciousness needling method on poststroke syndrome and the mechanism

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into an effective method for treatment of stroke patients' behavioral memory ability with acupuncture therapy.Methods 45 cases of poststroke patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=23) and an acupuncture group(n=22) treated by activating brain and regaining consciousness needling method.their clinincal therapeutic effects and plasma contents of monoamine neurotransmitters were observed.Two groups were assessed by Rivermead behavioral memory test(RBMT).Results In the acupuncture group,the clinical symptoms and plasma contents of the monoamine neurotransmitters increased significanty as compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total score and 8 items score of RBMT were markedly decreased on stroke group (P<0.05).Conclusion The behavioral memory function of stroke group was damaged.The needling method for activating brain and regaining consciousness can improve relative factors to cure poststroke patients. ......
