摘要：目的：提高小儿外伤性后颅硬膜外血肿的诊断及治疗。方法：分析我院1994年1月至2004年8月收住小儿外伤性后颅窝硬膜外血肿39例的治疗经过。结果：手术治疗28 例，保守治疗11例(2例因血肿增大改为手术治疗)，其中死亡3例，余36例全部治愈出院。结论：小儿外伤性后颅窝硬膜外血肿与幕上血肿的临床表现不同，及时准确的诊断和积极治疗是改善预后的关键。

    Treatment of Traumatic Posterior Fossa Epidural Hematoma in Children

    Abstract： Objective: To improve the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic posterior fossa epidural hematoma in children. Method: A retrospective clinical analysis was made in 39 patients who admitted to our hospital from Jan. 1994 to Aug. 2004. Result: 28 cases were treated surgically and 11 cases were managed conservatively in which 2 cases received surgery because of the increasing hematoma. Among all patients, 36 cases had a good recovery and the other 3 patients died. Conclusion: Traumatic posterior fossa epidural hematoma differs from supratentorial hematoma in the clinical features. Early diagnosis and timely surgical treatment are the keys to improve prognosis of the patients. ......
