摘 要：目的：研究超声内窥镜检查在贲门癌手术治疗术前诊断的应用。方法：2001年10月至2003年12月间30例贲门癌术前钡餐检查、纤维镜检查和超声内窥镜检查。所有患者切除标本、淋巴结、均病理检查，并将术前超声内窥镜检查与病理结合进行对比分析。结果：30例贲门癌超声内窥镜检查术前T、N分期准确率分别为86.6%。结论：对于贲门癌病人术前行T、N分期，超声内窥镜是一种可靠检查手段。

    The Application of Endoscopic Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis Before Operation of Cardiac Carcinoma

    Abstract: Objective: To study the application of Endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis before operation of cardiac carcinoma. Method: Contrastive analyzed the results of Endoscopic ultrasonography about 30 cases of cardiac carcinoma from 2001.10 to 2003.12 that examined by gastrosocope and Endoscopic ultrasonography before operation and pathology after operation. Result: The precision of TMN classify about 30 cases of cardiac carcinoma examined by Endoscopic ultrasonography before operation is 86.6%. Conclusion: Endoscopic ultrasonography before operation is a reliable method for the TMN classify about cardiac carcinoma. ......
