摘要 目的： 评价美洛西林治疗呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法： 治疗组54例呼吸道感染患者用美洛西林治疗(I组)，对照组40例用氨苄西林治疗，剂量3.0～6.0g，bid，静脉滴注，疗程7～14d。结果： 治疗组和对照组临床总有效率分别为83.3%和62.5%；细菌培养阳性率分别为92.6%和90.0%，治疗后细菌转阴率分别为68.0%和44.4%，治疗期间未发现严重不良反应。结论： 美洛西林治疗呼吸道感染有较高的临床应用价值。

EFFICACY OF MEZLOCILLIN IN TREATMENT

    OF RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTIONS IN 54 PATIENTS

    ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of mezlocillin in treatmentof respiratory tract infections.METHODS: Group 1 consisted of 54 patientswith respiratory tract infections and they were treated with mezlocillin.Group 2 consistedof 40 patients and they were treated with ampicillin.RESULTS: The totaleffective rate was 83.3%in group 1 and was 62.5% in group 2.The positive rate in bacterialculture was 92.6% in group 1 and 90.0% in group 2. The bacterial eradication rate aftertreatment was 68.0% in group 1 and 44.4% in group 2. No obvious ADRs were observed duringtreatment in both groups.CONCLUSION: Mezlocillin is valuable in clinicaltreatment of respiratory tract infections.
