【摘要】 目的 探讨血浆中多形核嗜中性白细胞(PMN)弹性蛋白酶与脑动脉瘤发病的相关性。方法 应用ELISA方法检测19例脑动脉瘤病人(破裂组13例，未破裂组6例)及17例非血管性颅内病变病人血浆PMN弹性蛋白酶水平。结果 脑动脉瘤组血浆PMN弹性蛋白酶水平明显高于对照组(P=0.047)。破裂组与未破裂组血浆PMN弹性蛋白酶水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 血浆PMN弹性蛋白酶水平增高与脑动脉瘤发生之间存在相关性。

Serum elastase level in patients with cerebral aneurysms

【Abstract】 Objective Toinvestigate the relationship between cerebral aneurysms and polymorphonuclear neutrophil (PMN) elastase level. Methods Serum PMN elastase level in 19 patientswith aneurysms (ruptured, n=13, unruptured, n=6) and 17 age-matched patients as a controlgroup was determined by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Thepatients with cerebral aneurysms showed an elevated plasma PMN elastase (P<0.05). Therewas no statistical difference in serum PMN elastase level between the patients withruptured and unruptured aneurysms (P>0.05). Conclusion There existeda relation between serum PMN elastase level and the cerebral aneurysms development.
