【摘要】 目的 评价自行研制的可吸收羟基磷灰石/聚DL乳酸(HA/PDLLA)复合内固定材料对实验性松质骨骨折愈合的影响。方法 取25只兔作右股骨髁松质骨横形截骨,用HA/PDLLA棒内固定。术后1、2、4、6和12周作X线摄片、组织学和超微结构观察。结果 骨折均在6周内愈合,无炎性细胞聚集。经透射电镜观察可见多形核白细胞和巨噬细胞1周时较多,2周时减少,炎症期和清扫期未见明显延长;2周时以成纤维细胞为主,4周时以成骨细胞和骨细胞为主,6周时部分骨细胞已趋于静止状态。结论 HA/PDLLA材料具备良好的生物相容性,对骨折愈合过程无延迟作用。

Effect of absorbable hydroxyapatite/poly-DL-lactide rods on experimental fracture healing

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of self-designed absorbable hydroxyapatite/poly-DL-lactide (HA/PDLLA) rods on experimental fracture healing. Methods 25 rabbits with a transverse transcondylar osteotomy of the distal femur were fixed intrameduallarily by a HA/PDLLA rod (diameter, 4.5 mm; length, 30 to 40 mm), and 1,2,4,6 and 12 weeks after operation, roentgenographic, histologic and ultrastructural analyses were done. Results A fracture healed within 6 weeks without delay, having no accumulation of inflammatory cells. Many polymorphonuclear neutrophils and macrophages existed at first week, but only few at 2nd week. The duration of the inflammatory and debridement stage were not obviously prolonged. There were many active fibroblasts at 2nd week. The cellularity at 4 week mainly included osteoblasts and osteocytes. At 6th week, some osteocytes tended to be static state. Conclusion HA/PDLLA rods possess a good biocompatibility to guarantee the normal union of the fracture of cancellous bone.
