摘要 通过对双黄连粉针剂在四种输液中澄明度、pH值、不溶性微粒理化性质观察检测，选5%葡萄糖注射液作溶媒，联合使用β-内酰胺类抗生素、地塞米松、病毒唑或三者联用，观察在0～4h内有无理化配伍禁忌现象。结果表明，双黄连-5%GS液体可与头孢类抗生素、地塞米松或病毒唑二者联用或三者合用。

Abstract Objective:Double Huanglianample was diluted in four kinds of liquid.The pH,physical and chemical status of liquidwere studied.No physical and chemical changes were found when Double Huanglianample,Ampicillin,Dexamethasone and Ribavirin were mixed in 5% Glucose liquid.The resultsshowed that Double Huanglian,which diluted in 5% Glucose liquid,may be combined withAmpicillin,Dexamethasone and Ribavirin
