【摘要】 目的 观察芬太尼透皮贴剂(多瑞吉)对晚期癌症伴中、重度疼痛患者的镇痛效果及不良反应。方法 对67例患者给予芬太尼透皮贴镇痛治疗:初始剂量25～50μg/h，最大为置300μg/h。结果 总的镇痛缓解率为92.54%，其中中度缓解16.42%，明显缓解47.76%，完全缓解28.36%。副作用少且较轻微。结论 芬太尼透皮贴可有效控癌性疼痛，副作用少，值得大力推广。
