【摘要】 目的 探讨非清髓异基因外周血造血干细胞移植(NAPBSCT)在治疗胸部晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效和安全性。 方法 先后采用NASCT治疗2例胸部晚期恶性肿瘤，根据其临床特点制定预处理方案，达到有效植入后利用GVT效应治疗肿瘤。 结果 2例患者均获得有效植入，其中1例晚期肺腺癌多发脑转移患者至今已生存11 + 月，肺部原发灶稳定，颅内及全身无新转移灶。第2例移植后+23天出现急性GVHD，于+44天死亡。 结论 NASCT技术是一种治愈或有效控制胸部晚期恶性肿瘤的方法。
