【摘要】 目的 研制口腔粘膜生物粘附释药系统，为口腔粘膜病治疗提供实验依据。方法 合成生物粘附药膜，并进行眼刺激试验，体外释放、体外粘附和体内粘附研究。结果 药膜所载药物含量均匀，厚度均一，无刺激性，具有较好的生物粘附性。结论 生物粘附药膜具有良好的生物粘附性，具有临床治疗的实用性和可行性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To develope oral bioadhesive delivery system and provide experiment evidence for therapy of oral mucosa. Methods Prepare bioadhesive films and have in vitro release and bioadhesion have in vivo bioadhesion study. Results Drug content and thicken is even，no irritation，and have good bioadhesion. Conclusion Bioadhesive films have good bioadhesive character and have clinical feasibility and practicality.
