【摘要】 目的 探讨合并甲亢的门脉高压症患者围手术期的护理经验。方法 通过对7例合并甲亢的门脉高压症患者脾切除加断流术围手术期的护理，总结对该类患者的护理经验。结果 7例患者经正确的治疗和合理的护理，均安全渡过围手术期。结论 对合并甲亢的门脉高压症患者围手术期要制订合理的护理方案并严格执行，能够使患者安全渡过脾切除加断流术的围手术期，为甲亢的进一步治疗创造条件。
