     【摘要】 目的 分析莲花北小区儿童水痘发生动态，探索疫苗接种和健康教育对降低水痘发病率和控制其流行的作用。方法 对1997～2003年莲花北小区水痘登记统计资料进行分析总结。结果 0～18岁儿童水痘1997年发病率为2.80%，2003年为0.186%，下降了93.36%，其中0～6岁儿童水痘发病率下降了97.80%。结论 水痘疫苗接种和健康宣教大大降低了水痘发病率，能积极、有效地预防和控制水痘发生。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of bacterin inoculation and healthinstruction to reduce the chickˉenpox’s sickness rate and controlits prevalence by dynamically analyzing the children’s chickenpox diseases in North Lotus Flower district.Methods Summary and analyse of the statistics of the registered children’s chickenpox in North Lotus Flower district during1997～2003.Results The incidence of chickenpox of children between0to18years in1997is2.08%while the data dropped to0.186%in2003with the reduction of93.36%.Conclusion The inoculation and healtheducation is instrumental in the preventation and control of chickenpox of children by decreasing the rate greatly. ......
