【摘要】 目的 探讨人参保心片对大鼠血栓形成及血液流变学指标的影响。方法 用颈动静脉旁路法观察人参保心片对大鼠实验性血栓形成的抑制作用;用肾上腺素加冰水法观察人参保心片对血液流变学10项指标的影响。结果 人参保心片0.8g/kg灌胃给药后对大鼠血栓形成有明显抑制作用，与空白对照组比较差异有著著性(P<0.01)。而对血液流变学10项指标有不同的影响，与血瘀模型组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05～0.01)。结论 人参保心片可抗大鼠实验性血栓形成作用，并改善大鼠血流变血多项指标。
