    摘 要 目的 为提高毛毕吸虫成虫的收集率。方法 对家鸭行离体或在体肝静脉逆行灌注收集肝内和门静脉内成虫；同时对家鸭灌注降主动脉，以收集肝内、门静脉内和肠系膜静脉的成虫。结果 应用上述方法可收集到大量活的无损伤的成虫。结论 灌注法优于解剖法，且简便、快捷，实用性强。

    PRELIMIARY STUDY ON THE METHODS OF SEPARATING ADULT WORMS OF TRICHOBIHARZIA

    ABSTRACT Aim To improve the collecting rate of the adult worms of Trichobiharzia.Methods The adult worms in vena portae and hepaticae interna were collected by the methods of exsomatization and retrograde pouring in vena of livers of ducks.The adult worms in livers,vena portae and vena mesenterica of ducks were collected by the method of pouring aorta descendens.Results A lot of non-traumatic living adult worms and non-traumat could be collected by these methords.The collecting rate of the pouring was significantly higher than that of other methords(p<0.05).Conclusions The method of pouring was more simple,direct,practical and was better than that of dissection. ......
